Leasing of administrative and parking areas
ELTODO offers a possibility of leasing administrative premises in two independent administration buildings of the ELTODO CENTRE with a common telecommunications linkage, situated at a location (Prague 4, Novodvorská 1010/14) well accessible both from the D1 motorway and from UMT – 7 minutes from the Kačerov underground station. Bus stops are located right in front of the buildings.
Comfortable business background of our lessees is created not only by high-quality offices, but also by existence of wide range of services, as for example mailing office, round-the-clock reception service, night security service.
Our lessees can also use parking spaces on neighbouring outside car park with sufficient capacity of parking spaces, or garage spaces in the building basements.
On the ground floor of the building “A”, we offer a lease of meeting room with capacity of 24 seats. The room can be organized as a lecture or meeting hall, and there is a small kitchen at disposal.
Our lessees can also make use of a canteen with 180 seats, restaurant, training and lecturing rooms, fitness centre, spinning, tennis courts, sauna and beauty care services including cosmetics, manicure, pedicure, and hairdresser.
