Advertising at Public Lighting Poles
ELTODO provides for all advertising and information activities on public lighting poles in Prague and in other cities and municipalities in the Czech Republic, where ELTODO carries out administration, operation, and maintenance of public lighting.
Various types of advertising carriers, which are possible to be exploited either separately or in various combinations, are addressing the charecter and aims of our clients' requirements. Our offer includes various types of advertising and information boards for car drivers and pedestrians, billboards for companies presentations and billboards for short time or long time exposure.
We also offer our clients other ways of utilizing public lighting poles (adaptation of public lighting for film shooting, installation of camera systems, illumination of large area of advertising billboards, suspension of cables on poles, etc.).
In the case of being interested in our services, the client selects particular public lighting pole types and an appropriate type of the advertising and information carrier. We take care of all the rest - from administering permits to graphical design realization and own installation.
Supporting Activities
Within the framework of the above-mentioned advertising activities, ELTODO deals particularly with:
- Negotiating and terminating lease contracts on placing advertising and other equipment at public lighting technical facilities
- Collecting rent under contracts signed
- Negotiating and signing contracts and agreements on provision of services required for the due use of public lighting technical facilities
- Administrating of complete correspondence, administrative and technical documentation related to the public lighting lease
- Monitoring and removing illegally installed advertisements and equipment on public lighting poles
- Supporting services for the lease of advertising areas, particularly for:
1. Design and production of graphics including their application to advertising carriers
2. Planning for advertising events and complete build-up of advertising and navigating systems including execution of the legislative.
