Within its asset management, ELTODO offers the leasing of free non-residential premises – at present in the locality Novodvorská 1010/14, Prague 4. Non-residential office premises are available near the Kačerov underground with excellent transport access from the D1 highway.
We are able to ensure all services related to the leasing and management, including monitoring by the security system and ensuring the respective capacity for parking places in our car park or in garages.
In the offices, we can offer our clients a 24 hour reception service, night guarding, car parking, garage places, mailroom, maintenance and cleaning services. A meeting room with air conditioning and a projector is also available.
Our lessees may use the onsite canteen with a capacity of 180 places, restaurant, premises for training and presentations, fitness centre, spinning, tennis courts, sauna and personal care which includes cosmetics, manicure, pedicure and a hairdresser.
