Operational Programme Employment Plus – ELTODO, a.s.
Based on the grant application submitted under the Operational Programme Employment Plus, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has approved funding for the implementation of the project “Training for Employees of ELTODO”, registration number CZ.03.01.03/00/23_047/0002999.
Project Description:
The project focuses on enhancing the knowledge level of employees to ensure that their qualifications and competencies align with the requirements of their job roles. Employees will receive training in managerial, communication, economic, legal, and accounting skills. The development of employees’ competencies will lead to increased expertise, expanded responsibilities, and improved competitiveness of the company in the market.
Project Objectives:
The objective of the project is to enhance employee competencies through professional training, meeting the current needs of the employer and the evolving demands of the labor market.
Expected Results:
A total of 111 participants will take part in the training, each meeting the minimum support threshold of 40 hours. Among them, 28 employees will belong to the 55+ age group.

Project Description:
The project focuses on enhancing the knowledge and skills of employees. Participants will receive training in managerial, communication, economic, legal, accounting, general IT, and technical areas. The development of employee competencies will lead to increased expertise, expanded responsibilities in their roles, and improved competitiveness of the company in the market.
Project Objectives:
The goal of the project is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and especially the key competencies of employees.
Expected Results:
A total of 181 participants will take part in the training, each meeting the minimal support threshold of 40 hours. Among them, 46 employees will belong to the 55+ age group.

Based on the grant application submitted under the Operational Programme Employment, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has approved funding for the implementation of the project “Training for All Employees of ELTODO OSVĚTLENÍ”, registration number CZ.03.1.52/0.0/0.0/19_097/0013175, under the priority axis of OP Employment: Support for Employment and Workforce Adaptability.

The project focuses on enhancing the knowledge and skills of employees. Participants will be trained in managerial, communication, economic, legal, accounting, general IT, and technical areas. Developing employee competencies will lead to increased expertise, expanded responsibilities in their roles, and improved competitiveness of the company in the market. The company will also enable participation in the project activities for Energovod CZ and Osvětlení a Energetické Systémy.

A total of 90 participants will take part in the training, each meeting the minimum support threshold of 40 hours. Among them, 25 employees will belong to the 55+ age group.
