Internal Reporting System and Whistleblower Protection at ELTODO, a.s.

ELTODO, a.s. has established an internal reporting channel through which reports of illegal or unethical conduct by any person involved in the company’s activities can be submitted.

The company considers a policy of preventing unlawful or unethical behavior to be absolutely essential. Therefore, it deems it important that any suspicion of unlawful or unethical conduct is reported in a secure manner, properly investigated, and that appropriate consequences are drawn and necessary corrective actions taken.

For this reason, ELTODO does not exclude the acceptance of reports from persons who do not perform work or similar activities for the company according to § 2 paragraph 3 letters a), b), h), or i) of the Act.

The internal reporting system is operated through the web application Oznam.to, which meets all legal requirements, including those for security, confidentiality, and data integrity. Reports can be submitted via the link below (by clicking the Oznam.to logo) or QR code, or alternatively in person or by phone to the designated person:

Reporters are also entitled to submit reports directly to the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic, either orally or in writing. Further information about reporting methods, including contact details of the authorized employee, is available on the Ministry’s website.
