Application Submission Guide
We Prefer Electronic Submission for All Applications
We no longer accept paper applications. All necessary information is provided in this Application Submission Guide.
All information related to the public lighting register and associated technical documentation managed by ELTODO OSVĚTLENÍ, s.r.o., as well as documentation for building permits in electronic form, is available through the VES application at the following address: eZadost.
Within the VES application, several agendas have been established:
Request for Issuance of Map Data – VMP
Request for Statement on Submitted Design Documentation – VPD
Request for Export of Territorial Analytical Data – UAP
Request for Use of Public Lighting Facilities – VVO
Which Agenda Do I Need and How to Choose?
If you require any official statement regarding the existence of our networks, please use the VPD agenda. Examples include:
Statements concerning the existence of networks
Statements for building permits related to submitted design documentation concerning existing public lighting equipment and other facilities managed by the company
Statements for building permits related to submitted design documentation for new construction concerning the requirements of the network administrator
Any other official statements
If you need network layouts and information about managed equipment for preparing design documentation, use the VMP agenda. This is not an official statement but provides network layouts and equipment information. Examples include:
Network layouts for design documentation (formats: DGN, DWG, PDF)
Equipment details (pole type, luminaire type, etc.)
If you are a representative of a Municipality with Extended Competence (ORP) and need to update territorial analytical data, use the UAP agenda. This agenda is accessible only to registered users after logging in. For access credentials, please contact the eZadost application administrator.
If you need to utilize public lighting in any manner, use the VVO agenda. Examples include:
Connection to the public lighting network
Installation of equipment on public lighting poles
The eZadost application allows drawing of two polygons with a total area of up to 75,000 m². If you require digital data for larger areas, please contact us at: otd@eltodo.cz.
For all other cases, please contact the application administrator listed directly on the eZadost application website.
