Citidea
Citidea is an integration platform for data collection, processing, information provision, and, optionally, management of distributed systems.
It is primarily used for integrating autonomous smart solutions within a specific locality or defined area.
Originally developed as a central hub for Smart City initiatives, Citidea can also be applied in commercial and industrial complexes as well as transportation infrastructure. It targets customers who already operate or are considering deploying Smart solutions and require integration into a unified environment that enables easy system management and control while being ready for future expansion.
Typical customers include cities and municipalities managing numerous technological devices across their territories. The added value of the Citidea platform is appreciated not only by city and municipal leadership but also by service personnel. Outputs from Citidea can be published online, providing useful information to residents and visitors alike.
Currently, the control platform includes the following modules:
Traffic Management and Monitoring (monitoring of traffic signal functions, traffic data collection, dynamic traffic control, incident detection)
Monitoring of Secured Buildings (monitoring of fire alarm systems [EPS], security alarm systems [EZS])
Parking Management (monitoring parking capacity usage, parking meter monitoring, guidance to parking lots)
Video Surveillance (functionality monitoring, statistics, live video, control)
Environmental Quality Monitoring (emission stations, noise meters, weather stations, water level sensors for streams and reservoirs)
Public Lighting (management of public lighting – integration of asset registers, monitoring and control of lighting via switching points, monitoring and control via light points – including ceremonial lighting and pedestrian crossings)
One of the modules focusing on predicting traffic accident risks is the Zéta module.
Citidea serves for data archiving and reporting, allowing identification of risk situations based on predefined filters. Using processed data, it is possible to plan service and maintenance of connected devices and technologies more effectively. Citidea provides a unified working environment regardless of technology or user – representing an All-in-One solution.
