What is the Ethics Hotline (EL)?
The Ethics Hotline (EL) is one of the key tools of the Criminal Compliance Program of the ELTODO Group.
What is the purpose of the EL?
The EL allows anyone to report suspected or confirmed behavior or actions that violate legal regulations or the CCP. However, the EL is not intended for reporting emergencies, complaints of any kind, or personal disputes among employees.
How to submit a report?
Reports can be submitted via the web form located below, directly by email at compliance@eltodo.cz, by dropping a written report into the EL mailbox located in the vestibule of the main entrance to the Novodvorská building, in person at the Compliance Manager’s office, or by mail to:
ELTODO, a.s., Compliance and Security Department, Novodvorská 1010/14, 142 01 Prague 4 – Lhotka, Czech Republic.
Reports submitted via the web form or email can include electronic documents as attachments. Reporting can be done anonymously; however, please note that the absence of reporter identification usually significantly reduces the likelihood of a successful investigation.
What happens after a report is submitted?
The EL is overseen by the Compliance Manager of ELTODO, a.s., who is also responsible for conducting internal investigations. Every report will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate measures will be taken depending on the severity of the findings. All information provided in the report will be treated as strictly confidential and protected against misuse.
The reporter is guaranteed anonymity and protection from discrimination related to their report, even if the reported suspicion is not confirmed. Retaliation against the reporter by supervisors, colleagues, or other persons will not be tolerated. Investigation results will be submitted to the management of the ELTODO Group companies and, if necessary, passed on to relevant authorities.
If the reporter provides contact details, they will be informed about the outcome of the investigation. The results will also be used in a generalized, anonymized form during regular employee training sessions.
